Vega cleared to lift off on 2 August – Satellite News Digest

The 10th Vega mission from French Guiana has been authorised for lift-off following completion of its launch readiness review. Soyuz transport vessel launched – Satellite News Digest

Rocket: Soyuz FG; Payload: Soyuz MS-05; Date: 28 July 2017, 1541 UTC; Launch site: Baikonur, Kazakhstan.
